Life is god's best gift to us and living healthy is the best wish. To stay healthy is it important to consume healthy food. it is very important to know what should we eat and why to keep our body in best form. Food is the essence of a healthy existence. If the food we eat is digested easily we can remain healthy. To follow an ideal diet we get many scientific charts which twll how how many calories to consume in a day with the quanity of proteins, carbs and vitamins etc. But if our digestion isnt strong the calories we consume lose their essential and beneficial quality. As a result we fall sick. Therefore we should give specal importance to what we eat and also how we eat so that our bosy gets proper nourishment and remains free from diseases and illnesses.
